Our return policy

If you are not satisfied with the products received, you can exchange it in any of the following ways:

Change

Contact us via our contact form, request a return label and return the item by post. You can exchange the product for another, or in the event that the exchange is due to a malfunction, it will be exchanged for a new product which will then be resent to you. Do not forget to write your order number when contacting us. Please note that in the case of an exchange, you are responsible for the return shipping. In the event of a complaint, we are responsible for it.

Return

If the product did not meet your expectations, you can return it and get your money back. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and inform us that you wish to return it. Then send it back to us at the following address: Storgatan 32, 264 33 Klippan. You are responsible for the return cost, but we will help you arrange a return label.

Refund

Our goal is to process your return within 7 business days of receiving it at our warehouse. Your refund will be made within 30 days of receiving your return.
